Who can use it?
Anyone can take it from fitness enthusiasts to athletes and bodybuilders. Those who are under the age of 18, those with genitourinary problems or cold sores (herpes) should not take it. Also, if you have myocardial infraction (heart attack) or have established coronary disease, you should not consume ARGININE.
How do I take it?
Mix one rounded teaspoon (5 grams) in water or juice 1-3 times daily. For training sessions and athletic events, take approximately 30 minutes prior to training. At times when you are not training, mix one rounded teaspoon (5 grams) of it upon waking and/or prior to sleeping.
I’ve heard it doesn’t taste very good, how can I combat this?
ARGININE is a natural supplement. It has been found to be safe even in large dosages, with very few side effects. It is safe to take and completely natural.
Can I mix with other supplements?

How much should I take for best results?
