Ordering at Allmax Nutrition is very simple! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose what you’d like to buy.
  2. Add your items to the shopping cart by pressing the 'add to cart' button.
  3. At the upper right side of the screen you’ll see the product that has been added to your shopping cart.
  4. You can then open the cart by clicking 'view cart' and complete the order by following the steps presented.

*Active promo codes may be entered in the, 'Promotional Code', box when you first access your cart *

Please note: after you have placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail. Check the order and address details carefully. If something is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or via the chat button located on the website.

There could be different reasons for this. Have you checked the spam or junk folder of your e-mail? If you’ve not received confirmation of your order after 30 minutes, please contact us so we can investigate it for you.

It’s possible that due to an error, your products are still listed in your shopping cart even after you have placed your order. Once the order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.  If you haven’t received this e-mail after a few hours, please contact our customer service. Once shipped, you will receive additional communication with your tracking info.

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes despite careful stock management. If so, you’ll receive an e-mail from our team stating that the product was found to be out of stock. You will receive a refund for any out of stock items that will come back to the card that we have on file for that order.

Your order is prepared immediately so in most cases it’s not possible to make any changes. However, within a 30 - 60 minute time frame we can cancel your complete order and refund your money (please keep in mind that refunds can take 3-8 business days to be received back in your account). 

You will just then need to place a new order. If you have any questions, you can always contact us via webform on our website.

Payment Options

All transactions are managed through shopify which allows you to transact using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

Your credit/debit card will be charged once you place your order.

You will get an email from allmaxnutrition.com about your recent purchase invoice.

In case the amount has been deducted from your account and allmaxnutrition.com has not received the amount, it would reflect back in your account in 7 business days from the payment gateways. After 7 days If you still haven’t received a refund, please contact your bank/payment gateway for further assistance as there might be an issue from your bank’s end.

Delivery Information

We understand that you can’t always be home to receive your package. If you missed your delivery, your package would go to a FedEx retail center or depot. In this case, you will receive a notification telling you where and when you can pick up your package from FedEx.

Once your order is shipped out, we cannot change the shipping location. Please contact our customer service team at Contact Us.

Under most conditions orders will be processed and shipped within two business days (Monday-Friday). Shipping is free on all orders over $100.

Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, except for major holidays. During holiday periods, such as Christmas, we may experience a higher than normal volume and processing times may take longer.

We ship all items together at one time where possible. If any items are out of stock, we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to your selected shipping location.

Returns Policy

You may mail back your items at your cost to our returns warehouse if the item is in original condition. Please refer our Shipping/Return/Exchange Policy here: Contact Us

Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.

Exchange: We do not provide Exchanges.

Retail Store Purchases: If you purchased a product at one of our retail partners, please return your item to that store and they will facilitate any returns and exchanges. Returns only apply to products that have been purchased from our online store. We do not accept returns for purchases made from any other retailer.

In the rare occasion that your package is damaged when it arrives to your shipping location, rest assured that we will do all we can to help resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Please contact our customer service team atContact Uswith your full name, phone number, and order confirmation number, as well as a brief description of the issue/damaged item. Damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that the shipping charges will not be refunded.

To do so, please fill out the Return/Exchange form and submit it. We will contact you within 48-72 hrs with a Return Authorization Number, a Packing Slip and a Return Address that must be included with the package. Customer will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees. If the package is returned without the return label/return authorization number there could be delays in the refund processing or it may not be authorized.

Return Policy
